About this site
Jackpot Predictions Kenya is an information site for adults in Kenya. It explains how multi-leg jackpot bets work, treats predictions as a subject to understand rather than a product to buy, works through the arithmetic of 13 to 17 legs, and sets out what the Gambling Control Act, 2025, its 2026 Regulations and the tax law say about winnings. It publishes no picks.
What the site does
Every page here answers one question that someone holding a jackpot slip might ask. How are 13 legs settled? What does a bonus for 12 correct pay, and who decides? How many combinations does a 17-match slip have, and what does that mean for a line? What does a tipster actually know, and what may a tipster lawfully say? How is a prize taxed and how quickly must it be paid? The answers come from the arithmetic, which the site shows, and from the law, which the site cites by section. The odds calculator is the working version of that arithmetic for any slip from 1 to 20 legs.
What the site is not
- Not the regulator. Gambling in Kenya is regulated by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Kenya, established by section 6(1) of the Gambling Control Act, 2025 as the successor of the Betting Control and Licensing Board (section 6(3)). This site has no public function and no authority.
- Not an operator. No gambling activity may be offered in Kenya without a licence under section 28(1) of the Act. This site holds no licence because it offers nothing to bet on, takes no stakes and opens no accounts.
- Not a review or ranking site. It does not score, rank or compare operators and it carries no bonus offers or promo codes.
- Not a tipster. It never publishes a line, a pick or a prediction for a fixture.
- Not legal or financial advice. It describes the law as published, with the section named, so that a reader can check the primary text. A dispute with an operator or the Authority is a matter for the complaint routes in the Act and, if needed, a lawyer.
Who publishes it
The site is new. It launched in October 2026 and has no track record to point to. The legal entity that publishes it, its contact channel and the name of a human reviewer are not yet published; when they are, they will appear on this page, on the contact page and in the editorial policy at the same time. Until then the site asks for no trust beyond what its sources and its arithmetic can earn on each page.
Why there is no advertising and no operator link
Section 87(1) of the Act prohibits promoting the advertisement of a gambling activity on an electronic medium or any other form of communication without the Authority's approval, and section 87(4) makes a breach an offence carrying a fine of up to KES 20,000,000, imprisonment for up to twenty years, or both. The Gambling Control (Advertising) Regulations, 2026 (Legal Notice No. 114 of 2026) define an advertisement in regulation 2 as any communication that promotes or is intended to promote participation in a gambling activity, and regulation 9 forbids an approved advert from carrying a call to action, depicting gambling as a source of income or using testimonials. A link to an operator with a tracking code is a promotion in all but name. The simplest way to stay on the right side of that line is to carry none, which is what the site does. The income page records that the site earns nothing today.
Who it is for
Adults in Kenya aged 18 and over. The Gambling Control (Conduct of Gambling Operations) Regulations, 2026 (L.N. 112) treat persons under the age of eighteen as minors who must be kept out of gambling and gambling promotion (regulation 92(1)(c)), and section 72(3) of the Act requires an operator to obtain proof of age of majority before registering any player. Nothing on this site is written to appeal to anyone younger, and every page carries the 18+ notice with a link to help, limits and self-exclusion.
Reporting an error
If a figure, a date or a section number on any page is wrong, the corrections page explains what counts as an error, how a report is handled and where fixed errors are logged. A wrong section number is treated as seriously as a wrong figure, because the whole point of citing the section is that a reader can check it.
