Terms of use
These terms are short because the site does little beyond publishing pages. It takes no bets, sells no predictions and holds no account for anyone. Reading the site means accepting the points below; if you do not accept them, do not rely on what it says.
Who the site is for
Adults in Kenya. Gambling is for people of the age of majority, which in Kenya is eighteen: regulation 92(1)(c) of the Gambling Control (Conduct of Gambling Operations) Regulations, 2026 (L.N. 112) treats persons under eighteen as minors to be kept out of gambling and its promotion. The pages describe Kenyan law only, and a reader elsewhere should not assume any of it applies where they live.
Information, not advice
Every page is general information written from the sources it names. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation to bet or to use any operator. Where a page summarises the Gambling Control Act, 2025, a regulation, the Income Tax Act or the Excise Duty Act, the primary text prevails over the summary. The regulator's and the Kenya Revenue Authority's live pages prevail over anything this site copied from them on the date it shows. For a decision that matters, read the section itself or ask someone qualified to advise you.
The calculator and the worked examples
The odds calculator and every table of combinations on the site are illustrative examples. They apply one probability to every leg, while a real slip mixes favourites and close matches. They count combinations correctly, but they know nothing of an operator's rules for postponed matches, void legs or bonus tiers. Regulation 23 of L.N. 112 requires a licensee to display the odds, rules and terms for each bet and forbids it to change a bet's terms after acceptance; those rules decide what a slip pays, not this site. A probability is not a forecast, and no figure here says how any match will end.
No gambling services
Section 28(1) of the Act allows no gambling activity or service to be offered in Kenya unless it is licensed. This site offers none. It takes no stakes, runs no game, holds no wallet, pays no prizes and publishes no picks, lines or tips. Nothing here is an invitation to place a bet.
Operators and other services
The site has no commercial relationship with any operator, tipster or prediction service, and it is not responsible for what they do, offer, pay or refuse to pay. Operators are named only as plain text where a rule or the regulator's published list makes it necessary, and the site carries no hyperlink to any of them. A dispute about a bet belongs first with the operator's customer care and then with the Gambling Regulatory Authority, which receives and determines complaints from the public under section 10(m); the contact page sets out the full route.
Responsibility for decisions
The site works to keep every page accurate and logs its mistakes on the corrections page, but it cannot promise that a page is free of error or current on the day you read it. No page is a reason to place a stake, and the site is not responsible for a stake placed, a slip lost or a prize an operator delays or withholds. If winnings go unpaid, regulation 101(1) of L.N. 112 sets a penalty for a licensee that fails to pay within 14 days, and the Authority is the place to complain.
Using the pages
You may quote a short passage or a figure with a link back to the page it came from. You may not republish a page or the calculator as part of an advertisement for gambling or for a prediction service. Section 87(1) of the Act prohibits promoting a gambling advertisement without the Authority's approval, and this site's arithmetic should not be used to lend weight to a tip or a paid group.
Demonstration status
The site is new and in demonstration status. The legal entity that publishes it, its contact channel and its reviewer are not yet published. These terms will name the publisher when that changes.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change, for example when the publisher is named or when a law the site relies on is amended. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. Google Analytics was switched on on 2 November 2026 and is described on the privacy page. Any other change in how the site treats readers, such as the arrival of advertising, will be made here, on the privacy page and on the income page before it takes effect.
