Contact
The honest position first: the entity that publishes this site has not yet published a contact channel, and no reply time is promised. This page exists so that nobody writes to the wrong place. Most questions a reader has are for an operator's customer care, for the Gambling Regulatory Authority, or for the self-exclusion route, and those are listed below with the rule that creates them.
What a message to this site can help with
When a channel is published it will be for three things: a factual error on a page, a broken link or a wrong section number; a question about how a page was prepared or which source it used; and a request from an operator or a public body to correct how it has been described. The corrections page sets out how a reported error is handled. The site cannot settle a bet, check a slip, review an account, release a prize or give advice on a dispute, because it is not an operator, not the regulator and not a law firm.
If your question is about something else
| If your question is about | The right place | The rule behind it |
|---|---|---|
| A bet, a slip, a withdrawal or an account | The operator's own customer care centre, which an online licensee must maintain within Kenya | Section 68(8) of the Gambling Control Act, 2025; L.N. 112 regulation 9(2)(d) requires the centre to report a matter raised by the public to the Authority within two days |
| A complaint the operator has not resolved | The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Kenya, toll-free line 0800-723-770, offices at ACK Garden Annex, Bishop Road, 1st Ngong Avenue, 7th floor, Nairobi | Section 10(m) of the Act gives the Authority the function of receiving and determining public complaints; L.N. 112 regulation 9(2)(e) requires referral of anything unresolved after 72 hours or on the complainant's written request |
| An online gambling dispute you want decided | The Gambling Appeals Tribunal, after the Authority's own mechanisms have been used | Section 80 allows an appeal to the Tribunal within fourteen days of the dispute; L.N. 115 regulation 18 requires the Authority's mechanisms to be exhausted first |
| Stopping yourself from gambling | Self-exclusion, in real time on an online platform or by application to the Authority on Form 1 | Section 115(1) of the Act; L.N. 112 regulations 67(3) and 70(1)-(3); the help and limits page sets out the steps |
| Help with gambling that has become a problem | The Authority's toll-free line, 0800-723-770 | Advertised by the regulator on its own site as its assistance line |
| Tax on a prize | The Kenya Revenue Authority | Withholding on withdrawals and on winnings is deducted by the payer under section 35 of the Income Tax Act |
| Your personal data held by an operator | The operator first, then the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner | Section 26 of the Data Protection Act, 2019 (rights of a data subject); section 56 (complaints to the Data Commissioner) |
A note for operators
This site lists no operators, runs no rankings and sells no placement, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to be added to. If a page describes a licensee, a product or a rule inaccurately, the correction route is the same as for any reader and the fix is logged in public. Requests to add links, bonuses, offers or testimonials will not be acted on, because section 87(1) of the Act requires the Authority's approval for promoting a gambling advertisement and the site carries none.
A note on the regulator's contact details
The toll-free number and the office address above are those the Gambling Regulatory Authority publishes on its own website as read on 28 October 2026. The regulator's live pages prevail over anything written here, and the site does not restate the Authority's e-mail addresses because its pages carried more than one at the time of reading.
